At Solqero, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return and refund under the conditions below.

2. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@solqero.com within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us of your decision to return, you must send the product back within 14 days.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must:

  • be returned within the applicable return period
  • be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • be returned in the original packaging
  • include all original materials such as tags, protective packaging, accessories, and any supplied items
  • not show any signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • personalized or custom-made products
  • made-to-order items
  • gift cards or vouchers
  • products that have been worn, damaged, altered, or misused
  • incomplete returns missing packaging, accessories, or components

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@solqero.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

6. Return Procedure

To request a return, email info@solqero.com with:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • the item you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

We will then provide return instructions.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.

9. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • the returned item shows signs of use
  • the product is not returned in original condition
  • parts of the packaging or accessories are missing
  • the item has been damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to us

10. International Orders

For international orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

These charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

11. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
